Long bio (150 words)

Glenn Llopis (pronounced YO-pees) is a Cuban-American author, speaker and leadership strategist, and the founder of Glenn Llopis Group. Known as The Identity Catalyst, he has spent two decades building a single methodology, Leadership in the Age of Personalization, now used inside Fortune 500 companies, health systems and universities.

His argument is that organizations designed to standardize people forfeit the individual contribution they most need, and that capable leaders quietly lose the conviction to act as themselves. He calls this the Conviction Crisis.

He is the author of six books, including Earning Serendipity, The Innovation Mentality and Earning Conviction. He has contributed to Forbes since 2010, hosts the Personalization Outbreak podcast, and has designed and hosted executive summits since 2019. His work has been documented in the peer-reviewed literature, in Management in Healthcare.
