You already know

what needs to happen.
For a long time, reading the room was the job. You would sit with your team, hear what nobody was saying, take action, and expect a better outcome. Weeks later the same meeting is happening again, with the same people, working around the same things.
“Our board has a conviction problem. We usually know what needs to happen. We just don’t do it. And we slide back to what feels comfortable.”

Three Practices

One methodology. Three ways in.

Leadership in the Age of Personalization® came out of two decades inside that gap, and now runs through GLLG and the Conviction Institute, which Glenn founded to put the research behind the work in public.

01

Opportunity

Seeing Opportunity When Everyone Else Sees a Transformation

Transformation is another word for opportunity management, which is why so many organizations are unclear about what they are transforming toward and end up solving for the wrong opportunity. Four skills carry it: see, sow, grow, share. Six strategies of the Innovation Mentality are the mindset that makes the skills real.

Individuality

Unleashing Individuality When Four Generations Define Success Differently

The five shifts find the right balance between what the individual needs and what the organization requires. A shift stays an aspiration until something makes it observable, and that is what the five indicators do. Answer them honestly and the barriers that suppress people become visible, which is the point at which they can be removed.

Conviction

Earning Conviction When the Change Never Stops

Without strategy, change is substitution rather than evolution. Six skills of reinvention readiness: the first three expand you, the last three multiply you through other people. And underneath it, the question most programs never ask: why do talented people who understand all of this still return to who they were.

The Operating Model

How a keynote becomes capability

A keynote provokes the right conversation. It does not change behavior on its own, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling the room rather than the result.

It starts with a baseline, not an impression
Assessments and foundational exercises surface individual strengths, development gaps and untapped capability before anything is designed. Eight proprietary instruments are available: Workplace Serendipity, Age of Personalization, Unleashing Individuality, Reinvention Readiness, Earning Conviction, Inclusion as a Growth Strategy, Diversity of Thought, and the Six Strategies exercise.
Then a one-to-one with Glenn
Each participant reviews their own results with him directly. He helps them interpret what the assessments showed and identifies where the real growth is available. This is where the learning stops being generic and becomes theirs.
Then the design
Developmental opportunities built from what the assessments and coaching conversations actually showed, for these individuals and this group, rather than from a curriculum. It addresses both individual needs and group dynamics, which is what keeps the work practical rather than theoretical.
Then the room
Trust and diversity of thought are conditions, not outcomes. They are built by asking the right questions at the right moments, encouraging open dialogue, and letting participants shape the environment they are learning inside. Facilitation adapts throughout, informed by what the assessments and the group interaction reveal.
Then ownership
Scenario-based, design-thinking work where participants identify what they uniquely bring and learn to apply it with greater purpose and consistency, across their teams and into the enterprise. Participants are expected to contribute to shaping the environment around them, which is how the method gets practiced rather than observed.
Then it continues
A follow-up coaching session and assessment review. An assessment retake that shows the behavioral shift already in motion. And a personalized playbook that works as a self-directed accountability tool long after the program ends.
Same method. The form changes with what the situation needs.

A keynote

To provoke the right conversation, in front of the whole room.

“He doesn’t just share thoughts, he creates an experience. Things are not the same after listening to Glenn. There’s definitely a SHIFT in the room.”

Lorraine Herrera · Raytheon

A program

To build the capability and measure whether it held.

“In just 72 hours, it created an environment of trust, connection and growth that allowed us to discover the true impact of our leadership and how to lead with influence.”

Ashley Gonzalez · Target

Executive coaching

One leader, in depth, usually at the point where the title stopped being the problem.

“Glenn helped me rediscover possibilities and sharpen what I solve for as a leader and how I can measure and self-direct my own evolution.”

Brian Garish · President, Mars Veterinary Health International

Advisory

Fifteen years at Target. Nine at General Mills. Six at CVS Health. Nobody keeps a keynote speaker for fifteen years.

“Glenn creates a path to transformation, and effective change management. He emphasizes the importance of understanding the internal (you) and external (environment) problem to solve.”

Arthur Valdez · EVP, Starbucks

Summit design and speaker preparation

Designing what a summit argues, and readying the people who argue it.

Nine executive summits hosted with six institutions, and more than 450 speakers prepared to deliver on those stages.

Six LAOP summits · Three Healthcare summits

Moderation and facilitation

Running the conversation that gets somewhere, on camera or in the room.

More than 600 hours of recorded conversation with CEOs, physicians, deans and founders, across six seasons of the Personalization Outbreak podcast.

600+ hours · 150+ episodes
What It Has Produced

Measured before and after, in real organizations.

Eight proprietary assessments make the work observable rather than felt. Each can be taken before a program and again afterwards, which is how gains get attributed rather than assumed.

Target
Fifteen years

Three days with a cohort of leaders at headquarters, built around identity, self-trust and conviction, so they could lead with intention and real influence rather than positional authority.

95% applied the tools daily · 82% elevated self-trust · 76% increased confidence to lead with intention
General Mills
Nine years

Unlocking authenticity and lining personal purpose up with company goals so that innovation could actually happen. Leaders learned to see their teams as individuals rather than roles to manage.

33% improvement in collaboration · 26% increase in morale · 16% increase in innovation
CVS Health
Six years

Rigid structures were getting in the way of engagement and growth, so the work ran on both sides at once: the environment, and the individual.

25% increase in engagement · 18% improvement in retention · 20%+ gains in leadership proficiency
3,100+ participants across 320+ programs, in retail and consumer, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, industrial and technology.

Where to Start

You don’t have to decide the format first.

A keynote, if the work is to provoke the right conversation. A program, if the work is to change how people lead. A conversation, if you are not yet sure which. Most engagements begin with the third.
