The Cultural Demographic Shift

Here I laid out what I call the cultural demographic shift: the point at which large cultural segments of the population reach numbers big enough to change how all of us act. The Census Bureau projects a majority minority nation by 2043, and millennials and Gen Z, the most diverse generations yet, are entering the workforce with no intention of assimilating. They want influence on their own terms, and leaders who truly see and know them.
