Joe Moscola leads human resources, IT, real estate and shared services at Northwell Health, New York State's largest private employer. When his teams were asked what they needed for hybrid work, the answer was a little of everything, with options. In six months Northwell built a flexible workspace where every wall is writable and nearly every piece of furniture moves.
