About this episode

Three students closed the day by telling us what organizations are not yet ready for. Brielle Lubin, recorded when she was a high school junior, said friends who struggle with mental health can't open up because they're told they take life for granted. Ioanna Beckman, then a student living with a visual impairment, explained how learning to advocate for herself carried her through college. Scott Cole admitted writing papers he disagreed with to earn better grades.
