A New Vision for Human Capital

Dallis Burgos opened our Puerto Rico forum by introducing herself through every role she carries: HR professional with a master's in industrial and organizational psychology, mother of a teenage son, wife, sister, godmother. All of those roles come to work with her, she said, as they do with every employee. She recalled a military instructor who told a veteran to count his soldiers' families too, and framed the afternoon around reinventing how Puerto Rico leads its people.
