From the recordings

What the room surfaced

These conversations brought together nurses, hospital presidents, technologists and caregivers, and they kept circling one question: what makes a caregiver stay? Leaders spoke about nursing as an economic engine rather than a cost, about restoring dignity at the bedside, about the unseen care women carry, and about trading authority for authenticity. Technology came up not as the answer but as something that must serve empathy. What surfaced is that people stay where they are known, and most systems still aren't built to know them.

Conviction Wisdom

Caregivers don't stay for programs. They stay where someone sees them before the shift needs them.
